At Kinder Cloth Diaper, we want you to love your eco-friendly essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unwashed and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, diapers must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unwashed, unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all inserts and tags are included to maintain eligibility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
